When you submit the form, note that your visit is urgent so our team can prioritize your request and call you back as quickly as possible, often the same day.

We do. Once your appointment request comes through, our front desk reaches out to confirm your time and asks for your insurance information so we can verify your coverage ahead of your visit. That way, you walk in already knowing what to expect for out-of-pocket costs instead of being surprised at checkout.
